Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your bouquet, we’re here to help. Please take a clear photo of the flowers you received and email it to [email protected], including your order ID. Once we’ve reviewed your issue, we’ll be back in touch to discuss your options.


Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Please contact us and we’ll process the cancellation and arrange a full refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been delivered.


Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary. If this happens, you’ll be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Returns

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
