Refunds, Cancellations & Returns

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your bouquet, we’re here to help. Please take a clear photo of the flowers you received and email it to [email protected], including your order ID, within 24 hours of delivery. Once we’ve reviewed your issue, we’ll arrange a suitable replacement or refund. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Please contact us and we’ll process the cancellation and arrange a full refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been delivered.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary. Should this occur, you’ll be notified by email and refunded in full.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.
